I’m Dori Staehle, MBA, Founder and CEO of Rock the Next Stage. I help musicians, singers, entrepreneurs, and creative types move forward FAST! I got started in the music biz more than 15 years ago. I have since groomed and booked hundreds of bands and solo artists and taught them about the music business.
Many of my artists have toured, opened for national acts, performed at huge festivals, auditioned for shows like American Idol, won competitions, and got licensing and publishing deals. I’ve taught them (and many entrepreneurs) what they need to succeed.
Unfortunately, I was totally derailed by a freak accident in 2011. I made it my mission to bounce back and rock the next stage of my life! Music not only motivated me but also helped me to heal. I wrote a book about my journey called Find Your Divine Rhythm: A Creative’s Success Formula. I also became a rockin’ inspirational speaker. If you’d like to access my speaker page, click here.
In case you’re wondering about my background, here you go:
I’ve got an MBA in Finance (Yeah, I started at an international bank on Wall St. It was the ’80’s. Keep laughing.), I did graduate and post-graduate work in gifted education and gifted psychology and started an educational services business in 1995. I later developed a 20-year study which proves what really causes ADHD symptoms and have kept hundreds of kids off of stimulants.
In 2001, I started Next Stage Entertainment. I’ve organized hundreds of large concerts featuring young talent and Christian artists and have booked older artists as well. Because of my caring and comprehensive approach, I became known as “The Ultimate Band Mom.” Since I’m a percussionist, I’m also known as “Dori the Drum Chick.”

Mrs. Dori (aka the Best Band Mom ever!), thanks for all the opportunities, support, and advice you’ve given me over the years. You rock! ~ Taylor Leopold, Wake Forest, NC. Singer/songwriter and solo artist.
